简要回顾了江苏省2005年1～4月电力需求侧管理的概况及采用有序用电取得的实效,在此基础上,详细介绍了2005年迎峰度夏工作的有序用电原则、有序用电方案和有序用电措施等。

The power DSM work by Jiangsu province during the first quarter of 2005, and the achievements of orderly power utilization are reviewed briefly. Consequently the 11 detailed measurements adopted for meeting the summer peak in 2005 are explained, including identifying the principles of orderly power utilization work, and drawing up orderly power utilization plans scientifically and appropriately.
