在总结2004年浙江省电力需求侧管理经验的基础上,完善了《统调用电指标分配办法》,重新下达了《超电网供电能力序位表》,根据全省统调用电缺口制定了9级错峰限电方案,针对2005年时段性、季节性缺电的特点,提出了具体的错峰限电措施。

Based on the power DSM experience of Zhejiang in 2004, the “Distribution regulation of unified dispatched power consumption quota” was perfected, and the “Power cut off sequence in emergency” was renewed. According to the unified dispatched power insufficiency of Zhejiang, a 9-level plan of peak averting and power limiting was drawn up, and the detailed measurements are put forward based on the features of periodical and seasonal power shortage in 2005.
