玉米浆和糖蜜生物素含量测定 被引量:1

摘要 由于谷氨酸菌种是生物素缺陷型,故在一定条件下,生物素浓度的高低与谷氨酸生产菌的生长量呈线性关系。利用该特性,测定玉米浆和糖蜜中生物素含量,为车间生产提供指导。
