Based on relative data, this paper discusses the importance of China's travel industry from its current status and prospect. And then this paper studies the important role of foreign capital for the development of China's travel industry. Finally, aimed at the characters of each sector in China's industry, this paper analyses the positive and negative influences of foreign capital on the development of China's travel industry and proposes some countermeasures.
