摘要 从化学制浆、机械制浆和废纸回收三个方面阐述了过氧化氢在制浆造纸工业上的应用。概述了过氧化氢的漂白反应机理、三种不同纸浆过氧化氢漂白的适宜的使用方法和工艺条件。过氧化氢漂白在化学浆ECF、TCF漂白程序组合中得到了广泛的应用,典型的硫酸盐浆的ECF漂白程序是ODoEopD1EpD2或ODoEopD1P;TCF漂白程序为OOQZP或OOZPZP。过氧化氢是用来漂白机械浆的特效漂白剂,可以用来生产高白度机械浆如BCTMP和APMP。过氧化氢漂白在废纸回收中起着越来越重要的作用。过氧化氢漂白温度一般为60℃到80℃,随着过氧化氢防分解手段的加强(如过渡金属离子的去除等)和药液与纤维物料混和手段的强化,过氧化氢漂白有向高温强化漂白的发展趋势。 Hydrogen peroxide is a very versatile pulp bleaching agent. Under alkaline conditions it is applied to bleach chemical pulp, mechanical pulp and recycled fibres.This paper summarizes the reaction mechanism, typical process conditions of hydrogen peroxide bleaching.Typically the same reaction mechanism applies in all applications. The versatility of hydrogen peroxide allows its application in different positions within a bleaching sequence of chemical pulps. In kraft pulp bleaching, typical sequences of the ECF technology are ODoEopD1EpD2 or ODoEopD1P, and that of TCF are OOQZP or OOZPZP. Hydrogen peroxide is specially suitable for mechanical pulp bleaching , can brighten the high yield pulps, such as CTMP and APMP pulps,to a high brightness level. And hydrogen peroxide bleaching plays a more and more importment role in waste paper recycling. The suitable temperature range for the application is between 60 ℃ and 80 ℃. With the advent of strenghtening chelation treatments with EDTA or DTPA and improving mixing of bleaching chemicals and fiber material, it becomes a trend that hydrogen peroxide bleaching be used at a higher temperature.
