介绍了以珍珠为原料,用酶解方法制得速溶珍珠粉的生产工艺,并对其营养成分、安全性进行了研究。
The processing technology of pearl by enzyme to soludie pearl powder was introduced.The nutritive composition and the safety factor of this pearl powder was studied.
