摘要
为评价68例高流量吹氧频谱治疗瘫痪病人褥疮的疗效,采用了褥疮暴露,持续吹氧频谱治疗法,与常用药物治疗68例作了对照分析。结果表明,高流量持续吹氧频谱治疗褥疮组效果优于单纯药物治疗组,能明显提高Ⅲ期褥疮治愈率。提示高流量吹氧频谱治疗褥疮,对防止Ⅱ期向Ⅲ期褥疮转化,改善局部微循环,加速褥疮愈合疗效显著,值得推广应用。
To evaluate the treatment effect of high flow oxygen-puff frequency spectrum for the treatment of the bedsore of 68 cases patients with paralyses,the effect of 68 cases of bedsore were treated with bedsore esposed,susfained flowing oxygen-puff frequency spectrum was analysed and compared with 68 cases of bedsore were treated with normal drugs.The results show that the effect of high flow oxygen-puff frequency spectrum group was better than that of normal drags group.It can significantly improve the curative rate of the Ⅲ phase bedsore.It concludes high flow oxygen-puff frequency spectrum treating bedsore can prevent the Ⅱ phase bedsore,can improve the local microcirculation,can promote healings of the bedsore.It is worth to recommend.
