摘要论文在对国内外养老基金与资本市场互动前沿问题最新动态全面分析的基础上,创新性地研究养老基金与资本市场良性互动的理论和政策思路,论证了养老基金与资本市场良性互动的一般性及制度约束条件,从制度安排和制度供给方面提出进一步实现中国养老基金与资本市场良性互动的一般性制度约束条件,提出促进我国养老基金和资本市场发展的政策思路。 This paper analyses creatively on the theoretic model, conduction mechanisms, theories and policy issues of the interaction between pension funds and capital market, based on the most recent development of pension funds and capital market in China and abroad. Through theory and institutional analysis, the paper has focuses, from institutional arrangement and institutional supply, the general institutional conditions for achieving well interaction between pension funds and capital market in China and puts forth the policy implications for promote pension funds and capital market development in China.
