在系统测试设计过程中,用概率论的相关知识,将系统出故障的概率与此系统的可靠性指标相比较,如果能够达到要求,则可投入市场;否则将采取措施,以降低系统出故障的概率。与此同时设计一个评价测试优劣的指标,以确定一组满足可靠性要求且成本最低的措施组合。
