农业补贴政策调整对青岛市农业经济的影响研究

我国在入世后,特别是在2004年加快了农业补贴政策的调整步伐。青岛市积极贯彻中央新的农业补贴政策,加大对农业的支持力度。农业补贴政策的调整促进了粮食增产、农业增效、农民增收。这次政策创新体现了新一代中央领导的新“重农”思想,青岛市要贯彻好中央的政策,并针对出现的问题和实施中的障碍,采取措施切实保证农业补贴政策调整达到预期目的。

Since acceding to the WTO, China has sped up the adjusting process of agriculture subsidies policy.Qingdao government actively implement new policy of agriculture subsidies, and strengthen support to agriculture.Which all bring about a tremendous effect on agricultural economy of Qingdao, increase grain yield and agriculturalbenefit as well as peasant’s income. The new policy of agriculture subsidies embodies the new idea of Chinese government.Qingdao government shall take further to carry out the new policy, solve new problem, clear away existing obstacles,adopt practical and effective measures, achieve the desired results.
