The quality of education of the colleges and universities is limited by many kinds of factors. As regards existence form of the factor influencing quality of education of the colleges and universities, there are dominance factor and recessive factor. This text has analysed the recessive factor such potential impact to the quality of education of the colleges and universities as the teacher's personality glamour mainly, style of leadership and style of work of campus of the school leader, people's environment, family's environment and social environment, etc.
