摘要
目的:制备醋酸氯已定喷雾剂并建立质量控制标准。方法:以壳聚糖为辅料、醋酸氯已定为主要成分制备喷雾剂, 采用紫外分光光度法测定醋酸氯已定的含量。结果:醋酸氯已定在6-13μg·ml-1浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9), 平均回收率99.51%,RSD=0.42%(n=6)。结论:醋酸氯已定喷雾剂制备工艺可行,含量测定方法简便、准确。
Objective: To prepare chlorhexidine acetate spray and establish a standard for quality control. Method: Chitosan was used as the vehicle, chlorhexidine acetate as main ingredient. The VU-spectrophotometry was used for quantitative analysis. Result: The calibration curve of chlorhexidine acetate was linear within a range of 6-13 μg·ml-1 (r =0.999 9). The average recovery of chlorhexidine acetate was 99.51% , RSD =0.42% (n=6). Conclusion: The chlorhexidine acetate spray is feasible in technological process. The method for content determination is simple and accurate.
