摘要
目的:探讨自拟加味参芪地黄汤治疗糖尿病肾病的作用。方法:以加味参芪地黄汤联合格列喹酮治疗糖尿病性肾病42例,并与36例格列喹酮治疗组作对照。结果:中药组对降低尿微量白蛋白排泄率(UARE)、降低血脂的作用明显优于西药组(均P<0.05)。结论:加味参芪地黄汤具有降低糖尿病肾病患者尿蛋白及调节脂代谢紊乱的作用。
Objective: To discuss the curative effect to diabetic nephropathy of the decoction of Jiaweishenqidihuang. Method: 42 cases in treated group were treated with the decoction of Jiawei shenqidihuang and Gliquidone; while the 36 coses in controlled group Gliquidone. Result: The treated group can reduce the UARE、blood lipoids and have significant difference between the two groups was indicated ( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The decoction of Jiaweishenqidihuang has a effect of reducing the nephropathy patient's proteinuria and adjusting the disorder of fat metabolism.
