摘要
目的:评估我院抗酸药及治疗消化性溃疡病药物的应用现状。方法:调查我院2000-2003年抗酸药及治疗消化性溃疡药物的用药金额、主要品种、数量以及DDDs,并进行临床评价。结果与结论:我院该类药物的使用基本合理,用药金额年平均增长率为38.08%,2003年度质子泵抑制药占该类药物74.12%,具有广阔的发展前景。
Objective: To objectively evaluate the current situation of the use of antiacid and peptic ulcer drugs in our hospital. Method: A survey of antiacid and peptic ulcer drugs in our hospital was made during the period of 2000-2003 in respect to the sum of money of sales, main kinds ,DDDS and clinical evaluation. Result & Conclusion: In this hospital ,the use of antiacid and peptic ulcer drugs was rational on the whole, the annual increase rate of sum of money of the drugs was 38. 08% in average. Proton pump inhibitors accounted for 74. 12% market portion,having a extensive prospects.
