新的抗革兰阳性菌药物-达托霉素 被引量:4

摘要 达托霉素(Daptomycin)是从一株发酵的链霉菌属玫瑰色孢子中提取的具有独特环状结构的脂肽类抗生素。它由一个十碳烷侧链与一个环状β-氨基酸肽链N-末端的色氨酸连接而成。它是一种新型的抗生素,发现于20世纪80年代末,是第一个被发现的脂肽类抗生素。
