摘要
本文通过对磁水处理后蕃茄各生育期叶中多酚氧化酶活性的测定,并对其各生育期感染TMV病情调查定级。试图探许多酚氧化酶活性变化与抗病力的关系,寻找磁水增产和抗病力间的可能机理。实验结果表明:经磁水处理的植株,在染病时,多酚氧化酶活性的提高与过敏反应的增强是一致的;抗病力增强了的植株,酶活性较稳恒。因此,可以认为蕃茄感病后该酶活性的变化是其内部的“生化症状”。根据这一特点可将其作为筛选高抗病力品种的一个指标。
In the paper the disease by TMV infection during various growth pe- riods of tomatoes was investigated and classified by means of measuring the activity of multiphenol oxidase in leaves during various growth peri- ods of tomatoes after being managed by magnetic water so as to approach the relations between the active change of multiphenol oxidase and the disease resistance of tomatoes and to search the possible mechanism of pro- ducts increased by magnetic water and the disease resistance of tomatoes. The experimental result showed that when the plant deal with magnetic water suffered from a disease, its raising activity of multiphenol oxidaee and the strength of allergic reaction are identical.Therefore, it is considered that after tomato being infected with the disease the change of this activity of enzyme is its 'intrabiochemistry symptom' In the same way, this cha- racteristic may give some inspiration to the work of selected kinds of the strong disease resistance.
