摘要
滚切齿数大于100的质数齿轮时,会因找不到合适的挂轮而影响加工。为解决这一问题,提出了“近似分齿”和“补偿”的加工方法,阐述了其加工原理、计算方法、误差分析。为其可行性提供了理论基础。经加工及检测得知,加工出的齿轮可达一般机械的精度要求。因此,实际加工中可采用近似分齿法和补偿法。
It influences processing because of finding suitable hanging wheel while rolls and cuts primenumber gear tooth counts greater than 100. In order to solve this problem, this text has proposed approximate dividing and penalty processing, has explained its processing principle, computes technology and error analysis could, offers theoretical foundation for its feasibility. Through processing and measuring, the gear processed can reach the generally mechanical precision. So it can adopt approximate dividing and penalty processing in processing actually.
