Natural Conditions and Economic Development in Zichang County, North Shaanxi

本文以子长县脱贫致富为目的,系统地分析了自然条件与贫穷的关系;自然资源与致富的关系。从中找出了形成贫穷的主要原因,提出了致富过程中需要妥善解决的4个关键性问题。上述问题的研究对今后子长县经济全面而稳定的发展是十分重要的。

In order to make Zichang county get rid of poverty and become rich, the relations between natural conditions and poverty are analyzed systema- tically, and so the relations between natural resources and people's pros- perity. From these analyses, the major cause of poverty is found, and we suggest that four critical problems should be taken into consideration in making the people better-off. The results of these studies are very impor- tant for the further economic of Zichang county in the future.
