摘要
本文用数学处理技术.把时域和频域结合来表征信息.揭出一种时/频域心音图的新方法.与已有的传统心音图相比.此法提供的信息量具有大而全的特点,通过大量心音实例分析,完全证实了此方法的有效住,已表明它在医学教学和心脏病诊断具有实用价值.进一步的研究将对心脏病的无损伤诊断起更重要的作用.
A new time/frequency representation method for phonocardiograms (PCG)is proposed by applying digital signal processing technique to the combination of time domain and frequency domain. Comparde with the trachitiond PCG,the new method presents much more information. Three examples given in the paper indicate that the method is very errective for the analysis of heart sound.It is believed that the effective method has practical significace in medical teaching and the diagnosis of heart diseases.Further researches are required in its application to the noninjurious medical treatment of heart diseases.
