摘要
本文简述了微波非电量测量的基本原理和方法，着重讨论了近年来国内外经常采用的几种微波非电量测量电路及其工作原理．
The principle and method of non-electriacal parameter measurement with crowave techniuqes are described.The microwave non-electrical measurement Circuits which are often used recent years and their operating principles are discussed.
