Value of arthroscopy in the diagnosis of acute traumatic cartilage injuries to the knee joint

摘要 目的探讨关节镜在膝关节急性软骨损伤中的临床诊断价值.方法 27例(平均年龄29.4岁)膝关节急性损伤关节积血患者在1~5 d内行膝关节镜手术.结果膝关节镜检查发现7例髌骨软骨骨折、3例股骨髁软骨骨折、6例胫骨平台软骨骨折.结论关节镜是诊断膝关节急性软骨损伤的一种有价值的工具. We assessed the clinical value of arthroscopy in the diagnosis of acute traumatic cartilage injuries of the knee joint in 27 patients. Cartilage fracture was detected in the patella in 7, in the femur condyle in 3 and the tibial plateau in 6 cases. Arthroscopy proves to be a valuable modality for diagnosis of acute traumatic cartilage fracture of the knee.
