摘要
介绍硫铁矿制酸装置的几种典型干法排渣设备及工艺,详述一套80 kt/a和一套300 kt/a硫铁矿制酸装置的干法排渣系统及运行情况。建议大型硫酸装置干法排渣采用浸没式冷却排渣滚筒冷却沸腾炉、废热锅炉排出的高温矿渣(灰),用干排冷却滚筒冷却旋风除尘器和电除尘器来的矿渣(灰),冷却后的矿渣(灰)一道送入干排冷却滚筒冷却,再用皮带输送机送至渣仓;3台冷却滚筒均设有新型增湿器。实践证明,大型硫铁矿制酸装置干法排渣系统已可完全国产化,投资省并可长期稳定运行。
Several equipment and processes for dry cinder-discharging system of pyrite-based sulphuric acid plant are described with an 80 kt/a and a 300 kt/a pyrite-based sulphuric acid plants as examples. For large-scale plants, it is proposed to adopt a process consisting of cooling high-temperature cinder/dust from fluidized bed roaster and waste heat boiler in a immersed cooling cylinder, cooling cinder/dust from cyclone and electrostatic precipitator in a dry cooling cylinder and cooling mixed resultant cinder/dust in a common dry cooling cylinder and finally sending them to storehouse by a belt conveyer. Three cooling cylinders are all equipped with new type humidifiers. Practice showed that the dry cinder-discharging system for large-scale pyrite-based sulphuric acid plants could be fabricated domestically and had advantages of low capital cost and long-term stable operation.
