摘要 论述硫磺制酸各种干吸工艺的特点,介绍江苏福仕特集团化工有限公司200 kt/a硫磺制酸装置干吸工段三塔一槽交叉循环流程。该工艺具有占地面积小、无串酸管线、控制点少、投资省等特点。由于采用w(H2SO4)98%硫酸干燥空气,空气中水分含量较低,减少了系统酸雾的生成;由于采用二氧化硫含量较低的干燥塔出塔酸作为二吸塔吸收酸,提高了转化气中二氧化硫在酸中的溶解量,因而提高了总硫利用率。生产运行情况表明, 主要技术经济指标达到设计要求,干燥塔出口空气水分含量低于0.05g/m3,排空SO2含量仅为270mg/m3左右。 The features of various drying and absorption processes for sulphur-burning sulphuric acid producti are discussed and the tree-tower-and-one-tank cross circulation process used in the drying and absorption secti of Jiangsu Fushite Group Chemical Co. Ltd. s 200 kt/a sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plant is described. T process has the features of less site area, no crossflow acid pipe, less control points and low capital cost. Usi 98% H2SO4 as drying medium gives lower moisture content of air and diminishes acid mist formation in systen Feeding acid exiting from the drying tower, which contains minimum SO2 content to the final absorption tower creases SO2 solubility in acid and improves total S utilization. The operation showed that main technical and ec nomic indexes reached the design values with lower than 0. 05 g/m of moisture content in air at drying tower e and only about 270 mg/m3 of SO2 emission.
