食品加工用三螺杆挤压机三维流场数值模拟

Three-dimensional flow field numerical simulation of tri-screw extruder for food processing

利用CFD软件包ANSYS/FLOTRAN分析了食品物料在三螺杆挤压机中的流动情况,求出了流道的速度场和压力场,对流道的中心区进行了重点分析,并对工程界比较关心的混合能力、物料输运能力和双螺杆挤压机进行了对比分析。计算结果表明,三螺杆挤压机的物料输运和混合等技术指标都远远好于双螺杆挤压机。

Tri-screw extruder is a new and high efficienty reactor,while its theory is immature.The flow of food material in tri-screw extruder was analyzed by the CFD package ANSYS/FLOTRAN.The rule of velocity field and pressure field were given and a special investigatin of central area of the flow channel was carried out.The carrying and mixing ability of twin screw and tri-screw were compared,which indicated that tri-screw exfruder is much better.
