摘要
剪力连接件是钢-砼组合结构协同工作的关键部件.本次钢-砼组合桁架整体测试中采用了节点板和填板上升加角钢组成的两种T型连接件,其抗剪承载力是根据格构式推出试验和砼抗压强度与侧压力成线性关系推导的公式,经过整体测试和砼抗压强度与侧压力成非线性关系推导并调整后的较精确的公式计算的.由测试数据分析表明,T型连接件在整体工作中充分发挥了抗剪和抗掀起作用,理论值与测试值较吻合.建议在组合桁架中应用这类新型的T型连接件.
Shear connectors are the key parts with which steel-concrete composite structures can interact. In this whole test of steel-concrete composite truss, two kinds of T-connectors (gusset plate, filler plate rising and welded with angle steel) were used. The formula of shearbearing capacity about them was deduced basing on lattic push-out test and concrete compression strength varying linearly with lateral pressure, and then was adjusted basing on the whole test and concrete compression strength varying unlinearly with lateral pressure. Through the analysis of test data, it is indicated that T-connectors played a good role on shear-bearing and upliftbearing in the whole work, and calculating values tallied better with the test values. So this new kind of T-connectors should be recommended to be used in composite truss.
