数控多功能工具机及其控制仪表的造型设计

摘要 文章论述了如何利用现代工业设计理论和方法,对数控多功能工具机进行造型设计.文中采用了美国创造学家奥斯本(Osborn)创立的检核表法,对产品的结构、功能、材料、人-机-环境、色彩、比例尺度、线型、时代性及民族喜好等方面进行逐一检核,构思出功能先进、使用方便、式作新颖的工具机造型设计. The method of applying the modern industrial design theories and methods to the systematic analysis and modelling design of the previous digital controlled multifunctional machine tool is discussed. The matrix table method proposed by American creative engineer Osborn is adopted. The previous machine tool is examined in its structure, function, material,ergonomics, color. scale and dimension, outline, popularity and national preference. And thereafter,a modified method and imagination is suggested and a new structure, eyeful color and elegant design has been presented.
