摘要 本文对高浓度微量元素复肥磷酸亚铁铵(FeNH4PO4,H2O)的生产方法及工艺条件进行了研究.以萃取磷酸,工业废硫酸亚铁及氨水为原料.通过正交试验推荐最优工艺条件是:磷酸和硫酸亚铁的摩尔比为1.5:反应温度为80℃;反应时间为1小时:反应最终控制的pH值为6.在此条件下,铁的转化率可大于95%;磷酸亚铁铵的生成率大于90%. In this peper, a new method of manufacturing the high content micronutrient compound fertilizers FeNH4PO4-H2O, was developed and the processing conditions were explored.The used feedstocks were extracted from phosphoric acid, spent ferrous sulfate and ammonia spirit. The optimum processing conditions obtained by the onthogonal design were as follows:the mole ratio of H3PO4 and FeSO4 was 1. 5, the reaction temperature was 80℃,the reaction time was 1 h, and the final pH value was 6. Under these conditions, ferrous conversion yield was higher than 95% and ferrous ammonium phosphate yield was more than 90%.
