摘要
目的探讨原发性系统性淀粉样变性病的临床表现及舌组织活检对其诊断的价值。方法总结分析1992年5月至2003年6月31例系统性淀粉样变性病患者舌的临床特征及病理组织学特点。结果原发性系统性淀粉样变性病患者舌的临床表现有肿大、点状出血及口干,其中29例舌活检有淀粉样物质沉积。结论原发性系统性淀粉样变性病中舌为好发部位之一,舌活检对其诊断具有一定的意义。
Objective To investigate the clinical features of primary systemic amyloidosis (PSA) and the clinical values of biopsy in the diagnosis of PSA.Methods The lingual clinical and pathological diagnoses of 31 patients with PSA from May 1992 to June 2002 were studied.Results The commonly clinical symptoms related to tongue of PSA presented as enlargement, punctate hemorrhage and xerostomi. The histopathological examination revealed the amyloid deposits in the tongue in 29 patients.Conclusion Tongue is one of the predisposed organs in PSA. Biopsy of tongue may discover the lesion and greatly help the diagnosis of this disease.
