用胰高血糖素C肽激发试验评估儿童青少年糖尿病患者胰岛功能 被引量:1

Evaluation of β-cell function in children and adolescent diabetics with glucagon-stimulating C-peptide test

摘要 儿童青少年糖尿病(DM)初发患儿40例行胰高血糖素C肽激发试验,结果显示初发病时激发试验C肽降低者为1型DM,10例C肽激发试验正常者1年后复查有6例C肽降低也属1型DM,4例C肽正常为2型DM。胰高血糖素激发试验有助于儿童青少年DM分型。 Glucagon stimulation test was performed in 40 newly diagnosed diabetic children and adolescents. Subjects with decreased C-peptide during glucagon stimulation test were diagnosed as cases of type 1 diabetes mellitus (DM), and subjects with normal C-peptide initially, but with decreased level after 1 year were also diagnosed type 1 DM, and the rest were considered as type 2 DM if they had normal C-peptide level with negative autoantibodies. Glucagon stimulation test can be helpful to the classification of diabetes mellitus for children and adolescents.
