人脂肪组织抵抗素mRNA的表达与代谢综合征无关 被引量:2

摘要 用一步法半定量RT-PCR技术检测2型糖尿病代谢综合征患者、非糖尿病代谢综合征患者以及正常对照者大网膜及腹部皮下脂肪组织抵抗素mRNA表达。结果显示脂肪组织抵抗素mRNA表达与代谢综合征无关。 The mRNA expression levels of resistin in omental and abdominal subcutaneous adipose tissues were measured by one-step semi-quantitative RT-PCR in normal controls and metablic syndrome patients with or without type 2 diabetes. The results suggest that there is no relationship between resistin mRNA expression in omental and abdominal subcutaneous adipose tissue and metablic syndrome.
