花生四烯酸通过激活钙通道系统阻断饱和脂肪酸对血管内皮细胞的毒性作用 被引量:3

Via activation of calcium channel system arachidonic acid protects ECV-304 endothelial cells against lipotoxicity induced by saturated fatty acids

摘要 用各种阻断剂分别与饱和脂肪酸、花生四烯酸(AA)脂氧化酶和环氧化酶抑制剂处理血管内皮细胞,发现AA的脂氧化酶代谢物通过激活钙通道系统抑制软脂酸对血管内皮细胞的脂毒性作用。 ECV-304 cells were treated separately with saturated free fatty acids, arachidonic acid (AA) and lipoxygenase and cyclooxygenase inhibitors for 48h. Via activating calcium channel system AA metabolites of lipoxygenase were able to protect ECV-304 cells against lipotoxicity induced by palmitic acid.
