建设和打造服务型政府,就是要建立全新的、科学的政府管理理念、体制、职能、方法,真正使政府成为效能的政府、廉洁的政府、服务的政府和负责的政府,更好地发挥政府在全面建设小康社会和促进社会、经济和谐发展中的监督、管理、服务作用。

To build a government serving the people is to build up brand-new and scientific management ideas systems, functions and ways for government work, and make the government clean and serving the people. The government should be responsible for the people and plays a great role in building a well-off society and promoting the harmonious development of our society and economy.
