摘要
大直径行波型超声电机在压电陶瓷制作、定子和转子设计及驱动器设计等方面都比较困验。本文以定子直径为100mm的行波型超声电机为例,通过有限元分析方法,利用ANSYS计算,对电机的定子和转子的结构进行优化设计。在优化的基础下,制作了样机,并进行了初步的测试。改进后的超声电机的性能有了很大的提高,堵转转矩由原来的2.5N·m增大到现的3.5N·m,输出功率也有了显著提高。
<Abstrcat>It is difficult in designing piezoelectric ceramic,structure of stator and rotor,and motor driver to traveling wave type ultrasonic motor(ab.TWUM)with large diameter.In this paper,the TWUM with 100mm in diameter is taken into account.The optimization design is applied to the structure of TWUM's stator and rotor with the method of finite element analysis(ab.FEA).According the optimization design result,the prototype of TWUM is produced.Testing results show the performance of TWUM get high improvement.The maximum torque increases from 2.5N·m to 3.5N·m,and the output power is also improved.
