摘要
为了创造优异的运动成绩,需要充分发挥教练员和运动员的主观能动性。运动队的管理工作必须建立在“以人为本”的理念上,理性地处理影响运动成绩的各种因素。
In order to create superior sports success, it have to develop the objective dynamic of the coaches and athlete, so as to develop the distinct character which necessary to create superior sports success. The management work of sports team must base on the belief of 'Human First', and deal with each factor of influence the sports success.
