Analysis on Ideological Work for Superior Sports Teams

当前,我院优秀运动队正在备战十运,承担省委省政府交给的“夺金争分”的重任,主要针对思想政治工作的基本概念与观点进行阐述,对我院优秀运动队思想政治工作面临的问题、做好工作必须具备的条件和存在的机遇展开分析,并就如何做好思想政治工作提出一些建设性的建议。

At the present time, the superior sports teams in Nanjing Institute of Physical Training are in preparation for the 10th National Sports Meeting. They are assuming the important mission of 'Grabbing gold and scores'. This paper mainly elaborate on the basic concept and views of ideological work, and make analysis respectively on parts of the rubs, the indispensable conditions and existing opportunities in the ideological work for the superior sports teams in this institute. In addition, this paper also offer certain positive proposals concerning the way in which the successful ideological work could be effected.
