Study on Manage of Outlay in Scientific Research of Our Courtyard's Level Items

通过问卷调查法和专家咨询法对南京体院院级科研项目经费的管理过程进行调查研究,发现院级科研项目经费的管理办法是比较合理的,大部分课题负责人对此管理办法持肯定态度。但其中也有一些不尽合理的地方,需进一步改进和完善管理办法。

This text directed against our courtyard's outlay in scientific research item manage process with questionnaire and refer experts way ,then fond our courtyard level scientific research item outlay manage way was reasonable, and a majority of item principals hold positive attitude with this kind of manage way .But there were some unreasonable places, so it needed more ameliorate.
