髂内动脉灌注化疗预防膀胱癌术后复发临床研究

Clinical research of arteria iliaca interna infusion chemotherapy to prevent recurrence of bladder carcinoma after operation

目的:探讨预防膀胱癌术后复发的有效方法,提高治疗效果。方法:对照组24例膀胱癌术后采用髂内动脉灌注,注射顺铂(DDP)60mg每2周1次共8次,然后每月1次共8次至1年。对照组26例术后用DDP120mg常规膀胱灌注,治疗周期与动脉灌注组相同。结果:两组术后各有1例复发。两组病例在年龄、分期、分级、复发数及用药量方面差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:髂内动脉灌注化疗预防膀胱癌术后复发与常规膀胱灌注疗效相当,可作为预防膀胱癌复发的有效方法之一。

Objective:To investigate an effective methods for preventing the redurrence of bladder carcinoma after operation and raise therapeutic efficacy.Methods:24 cases of bladder carcinoma after operation were treated with DDP60mg,which was infused into arteria iliaca interna,at first once every two weeks,eight times in all,and then once a month,eight times in all,or a year.26 cases of control group were treated with DDP120mg by common seed wieghtirrigation of bladder.Its treatment cycle was as long as that of arteria iliaca interna infusion.Results:The information of the two groups was similar,with a case of recurrence in each groups.There was no signicant difference in the age,stage,grade,recurrence number,,and drug consumption(P>0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of arteria iliaca interna infusion chemotherapy to prevent redurrence of bladder carcinoma after operation was the same as that of common irrigation of bladder,and so it is one of the effective methods to prevent recurrence of bladder cancer.
