摘要 珠江电厂循环水系统采用开式循环,由于珠江水携带有大量垃圾,同时珠江电厂循环水一次旋转滤网又存在设计缺陷,净水效果差,从而导致凝汽器真空不符合要求,冷却器不能有效工作,对机组的安全经济运行不利。通过用XWC-Ⅱ一次滤网系统对1号机组进行改造,有效保证了系统的循环水质和水量,一年来的运行实践,证明了改造获得成功。 The open-cycle circulating water system is adopted in Zhujiang Power Plant. Lower condenser vacuum and poor cooler efficiency have been obtained because of large amount of weeds and rubbish in the circulating water and some design defects in the system. Based on the renovation of one-cycle rotating filter system with XWC-Ⅱ in 1 号 unit, the quality and quantity of circulating water have effectively been guaranteed. The successful renovation is proved by the practical operation in one year.
