摘要 简述发电机铜导线腐蚀机理,湛江电厂1号发电机定子冷却处理方式改造前后各自的特点。比较新旧两种方式水质处理效果、安全性、经济性。采用超净化装置后,解决了原来处理方式的所有缺点,水质达到质量标准, 创造良好的经济效益,值得推广改造和借鉴。 The corrosion mechanism of copper wires in generator and the features of cooling treatment for the stator of No. 1 generator in Zhanjiang Power Plant in pre-or pro-improvement have been described in the paper. The results of water treatment, safety and economy between old and new methods have been compared in the paper. All defects of old water treatment have been removed after a super-decontamination plant installed. Very good economic results have been obtained based on high quality treated water for cooling stator.
