PREPARATION OF BARIUM TITANATE CERAMIC DISK AND STUDY OF ITS FERROELECTRIC PROPERTIES

摘要 本研究应用冷压陶瓷处理技术制备了钛酸钡陶瓷片材料。应用X光衍射谱、扫描电子显微镜以及电滞回线测量调查和研究所制备的钛酸钡陶瓷片的结构、微结构和铁电性质的关系,为未来铁电存储器材料的进一步开发和应用打下实验和技术基础。 The cold-pressing ceramic processing technique was used in this research to prepare Barium Titanate ceramic disk.XRD,SEM and hysteresis loop were measured to investigate and study the relationship between structure,microstructure and ferroelectric properties of Barium Titanate ceramics.This work will lay the foundation for further development and application of the ferroelectric memory materials in the futurt.
