摘要
按照我国政府在加入WTO多边谈判中涉及建设领域的承诺,入世三年后,即2005年之后允许设立外商独资的工程造价咨询业的情况下,全面阐述了造价工程师面临的机遇和挑战,并侧重从4个方面论述了如何应对挑战。
According to the promise of Chinese government in multilateral negotiation for joining in WTO, that construction cost consultation businesses solely invested by foreign investors can be established in China 3 years after joining in WTO, i.e. after 2005, the paper elaborates the opportunities and challenges facing to cost engineers and discusses how to deal with the challenges form four aspects.
