《清单计价规范》是对工程量清单计价的整个活动进行规范。通过对《清单计价规范》出版前后的计价活动相比较,阐明了《清单计价规范》更适合市场的观点。
The 'Specification for List of Price Calculation' is to normalize the whole process of the list of price calculation on engineering work amount. The paper argues that the 'Specification for List of Price Calculation' is more adaptable to the market by comparing the price calculation procedures before and after the 'Specification for List of Price Calculation' is published.
