摘要
随着饭店业的迅猛发展,饭店业内的激烈竞争越来越体现为人才、员工整体素质的竞争,越来越多的饭店开始重视人力资源开发与管理,员工培训在饭店中的重要性得到了极大的提升。本文分析了目前旅游饭店中与培训有关的几个认识误区,对饭店员工培训所面临的困境以及摆脱困境的途径进行了探讨。
With the rapid development of hotel business, the intense competition increasingly focuses on talented person and staff quality in hotel business. More and more hotel managers begin paying great attention to the exploitation and management of labor power, which greatly increases the importance of personnel training in hotels. This paper mainly analyzes several misunderstanding concerned with training in hotels at present. It also probes into the problems of personnel training in hotels and finding a way out of the predicament.
