本文重点阐述了素质教育与应试教育的内涵、特点和两者之间的本质区别。变应试教育为素质教育,是中国教育的战略选择。
By discussing the connotations, features and differences between quality-oriented and test-based education, the paper states that the conversion of test-based education into quality-oriented education is a strategic choice for China's education.
