摘要
介绍柔性制造系统结构及控制的创新和设计研究.采用慧鱼模型构建了双工作台的制造流水线模型,并对柔性制造系统的结构创新设计进行了探索,使用慧鱼专用软件LLWin对模型编写控制程序,实验并分析了柔性制造系统的控制方法.通过硬件和软件两方面的论述对柔性制造系统的设计、仿真和试验情况做出了一些创新和探索.
The innovation and design for construction and control of Flexible Manufacturing System (FMS) are introduced in this paper. With the adoption of fischer model, a manufacturing automation line of two worktables is established. Structural innovation design of FMS is then explored. LLWin software specific to Fischer is applied to compiling control program, and to testing and analyzing the control method of FMS. Innovations and explorations are made in the design, emulation and testing of FMS through both hardware and software.
