摘要
介绍了用于云南昭通褐煤热解的试验装置及试验方法,研究了升温速率、热解温度两种关键因素对褐煤热解产物的得率及其分布的影响.试验结果表明随热解温度的升高,热解产气量增加,气体产品是的有效成分也在增加,焦油和半焦减少.升温速率增加,热解气得率增加,且气体中的可有效可燃成分在增加.
The experimental equipment and methods for the brown coal pyrolysis are firstly introduced. The effects of pyrogenation temperature and heat increase rate on the rate and distribution of yields are then studied. It is shown in the experimental results that the yield of pyrolysis gas increases as the pyrogenation temperature and the rate of heat increase, while those of tar and char decrease.
