加快“餐桌污染”治理期 构筑食品安全防治体系——对龙岩市开展食品安全专项整治情况的调查与思考

食品安全问题,直接关系人民群众的身体健康,各级政府已经把治理“餐桌污染”当着为民办实事的重点工程来抓,充分体现了这项工作的重要性。通过对龙岩市开展食品安全专项整治情况及原因的分析,提出了加快“餐桌污染”治理的有效途径,并对建设“食品放心工程”进行了有益探索。

The problem in food safety is directly related to people's health.G ov ernments at all levels have taken the administering of dinner-table pollution a s a major project really done for our people,which adequately embodies its impor tance.By analyzing the causes and circumstances of special renovations in food s afety launched in longyan city,this article puts forward some effective ways of quickening the steps of administering of dinner-table pollution and makes a hel pful exploration of constructing the quality-assured food project.
