学校体育开展和实施心理健康教育是学校体育教学工作的一项重要内容,也是体育教育研究的紧迫课题。学校体育要适应时代要求,建立新型师生关系;普及心理健康知识;创设良好心理教学环境;针对学生问题的性质、特点采取相应的措施和办法,以便从根本上克服当前学校体育存在的弊端,提高体育教学质量和大学生心理健康水平。

Carrying out the education of mental health is an important content i n the P.E teaching,and it is also the pressing program in the research of P.E ed ucation.The P.E teaching should meet the requirement of the time.we should estab lish new teacher-student relationship,popularize the knowledge of mental health ,create good psychological teaching environment,and take some corresponding meas ures according to the nature and characteristic of the students' mental problem, so that we can root out the existing abuse in the P.E class and offer some theo ry reference for improving the quality of P.E teaching and the standard of colle ge students' mental health.
