不同品种及施肥量对晒红烟化学成分的影响 被引量:5

摘要 为了寻求协调烟叶内部化学成分、提高内在品质的品种与施氮水平的最佳组合,研究了不同品种以及平衡施肥量对晒红烟化学成分及其派生值的影响.结果表明:在不同的施氮水平条件下,总氮、烟碱、蛋白质含量都随着施氮量的增加而升高,而总糖、还原糖含量随着施氮量的增加而降低;在相同的施氮水平条件下,从部位上看总氮、烟碱、蛋白质含量从大到小依次为上部叶、中部叶、下部叶,总糖、还原糖含量从大到小依次为中部叶、上部叶、下部叶,中部叶各项指标优于上部叶和下部叶;产量随着施氮量的增加而增加,但当施氮量超过100kg/hm2时就会出现烟碱含量偏高、糖分降低、颜色偏深、其他化学成分不协调的现象.从综合效果分析看,无论产量还是内在化学成分上,延晒5号在100kg/hm2施氮水平上的氮磷钾配比组合(即A1B2处理)最佳. To seek for the best at the combination of variety and the nitrogen level of correspond chemical components of tobacco leaf and improve quality.We studied on influence of chemical components and derivatives in different variety under different fertilization rates.The results indicated the amounts of total nitrogen,nicotine and protein are increased while total sugar and reducing sugar are reduce with more use of nitrogen.At the same nitrogen level,there are more contents of total nitrogen,nicotine and protein in upper leaves than those in middle leaves and more in middle leaves than those in lugs.The contents of total sugar and reducing sugar in middle leaves are higher than upper leaves and upper leaves are more than lugs.Yield is enlarged with increasing the using content of nitrogen.But when the using content of nitrogen was over 100 kg/hm2,it would happen that nicotine was higher,sugar was reduced,color was darker and chemical components were maladjusted.We conclude variety Yanshai No.5 is the best at the combination of N,P2O5,K2O which the nitrogen level was 100 kg/hm2 from all aspects in yield and chemical components.
