摘要
对18种不同规格基布的聚氨酯涂层织物,用一般多元线性回归和逐步回归方法,研究了纱线性能和织物结构指标等因素与单缝法撕裂强力间的关系。分析计算表明:影响单缝法经向撕裂强力的主要因素是经纱强力,其次是经纱从涂层织物抽出时的抽出阻力、纬密和经密,而经纱断裂伸长率和其他因素的影响则较小。
In this paper, the relationship between the wrap single-rip tearing strength and the yarn tensile properties as well as fabric structure is studied by multi-variable linear regression for the eighteen kinds of PU coated fabrics with different specifications. The analysis shows that the main factor influencing the wrap single-rip tearing strengh of PU coated fabrics is warp strengh followed by pull-out force, weft density and warp density while the influence of wrap breaking elongation and other factors are very small.
